Dark Rye Bread Mix


Wheat flour, rye meal (28%), dark roasted malt flour, wheat gluten, salt, vegetable oil, emulsifiers (481, 472e, 471), soy flour, flour treatment agent (516, 300, 510, 330, 920, 223), malt flour, enzymes (contain wheat), vitamins (thiamin, folic acid).

CONTAINS: Gluten and Soy.

Bread Recipe:

  • 500g Dark Rye Bread Mix
  • 6g Mauripan Instant Yeast
  • 300 mL water

Mix all ingredients to form a well developed dough.
Shape into desired finished products – rolls/loaves.
Allow to proof until double the size.
Bake at 210-230 Celsius until baked through.
(Alternatively, use a bread maker using the manufacturer’s guidelines.)
