Grain Bread Mix
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Mixed Grains (14%) (Wheat, Rye, Maize), Linseed, Wheat Gluten, Canola Oil, Iodised Salt, Soy Flour, Emulsifiers (471, 472(e)), Flour Treatment Agents (516, 300, 920), Mineral Salt (170), Enzyme, Vitamins (Thiamin, Folic Acid).
- 500g Grain Bread Mix
- 6g Mauripan Instant Yeast
- 300 mL water
Mix all ingredients to form a well developed dough.
Shape into desired finished products – rolls/loaves.
Allow to proof until double the size.
Bake at 210-230 Celsius until baked through.
