Wholemeal Bread Mix
Ingredients: Wholemeal Wheat Flour (91%), Wheat Gluten, Canola Oil, Iodised Salt, Mineral Salt (170), Soy Flour, Emulsifiers (472(e), 481), Flour Treatment Agents (516, 300, 920), Roasted Barley Malt Flour, Wheat Malt Flour, Enzyme, Vitamins (Thiamin, Folic Acid).
Bread Recipe:
- 500 g Wholemeal Bread Mix
- 6g Mauripan Instant Yeast
- 290 mL water
Mix all ingredients to form a well developed dough.
Shape into desired finished products – rolls/loaves.
Allow to proof until double the size.
Bake at 210-230 Celsius until baked through.
(Alternatively, use a bread maker using the manufacturer’s guidelines.)
