White Bread Mix
Ingredients:Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Iodised Salt, Wheat Gluten, Soy Flour, Emulsifiers (472(e), 471), Flour Treatment Agents (516, 300, 920), Mineral Salt (170), Enzyme, Vitamins (Thiamin, Folic Acid).
Bread Recipe:
- 500g White Bread Mix
- 6g Mauripan Instant Yeast
- 280 mL water
Mix all ingredients to form a well developed dough.
Shape into desired finished products – rolls/loaves.
Allow to proof until double the size.
Bake at 210-230 Celsius until baked through.
(Alternatively, use a bread maker using the manufacturer’s guidelines.)

Very good and economical bread mix. Just add water and yeast, otherwise put the measuring spoons away. It certainly simplifies the bread making process.
