Rye Bread Mix
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Rye Flour (22%), Rye Meal (15%), Wheat Gluten, Iodised Salt, Canola Oil, Soy Flour, Mineral Salt (170), Sugar, Emulsifiers (481, 472(e)), Flour Treatment Agents (516, 300, 920), Wheat Malt Flour , Enzyme (Contains Wheat), Vitamins (Thiamin, Folate).
Bread Recipe:
- 500g Rye Bread Mix
- 6g Mauripan Instant Yeast
- 290 mL water
Mix all ingredients to form a well developed dough.
Shape into desired finished products – rolls/loaves.
Allow to proof until double the size.
Bake at 210-230 Celsius until baked through.
(Alternatively, use a bread maker using the manufacturer’s guidelines.)
