Biodynamic Falafel Mix

Recipe:
1 cup of Falafel Mix
¼ – ½ onion finely chopped
1 handful of fresh herbs such as parsley, coriander, mint
Water (amount according to desired consistency)

Place all ingredients, except water, in food processor and blend well. Carefully add water to blend until thick mixture is created. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Press firmly together into walnut-sized spoonfuls. Then fry gently in oil until golden.
(Deep-fry, shallow-fry, or even in a non-stick sandwich press with little or no oil).

Variation: Add 2 cups of grated cauliflower to the above mix with a little more water if mix seems crumbly.
