Bun Mix

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Canola Oil, Iodised Salt, Soy Flour, Flour Treatment Agents (516, 300, 920), Emulsifiers (471, 481), Mineral Salt (170), Enzyme, Vitamins (Thiamin, Folic Acid).

CONTAINS: WHEAT GLUTEN AND SOY

Recipe:

  • 500g Bun Mix
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • approx 275 mL water
  • 125g fruit (add fruit to dough last)
  • spices for taste

Mix ingredients well.
Treat as a bread mix.
2 rises recommended.
Bake at 200-220 Celsius for approx. 25 minutes for a fruit loaf. Fruit buns will require less.
